How do we balance giving unsolicited parenting advice versus warnings that are welcome?

Like the ingredient in the sunscreen that can cause seizures in babies, and the newborn pacifiers that are a choking hazard once babies can chew versus giving your baby juice before one or giving them screens to watch before they are 18 months.

Is it based on immediate or semi immediate danger? Like choking and seizures? Or are we unintentionally prioritizing physical health over mental and emotional health?

I’m not sure where the lines are, but I am grateful for my community of other mothers and parents and hope that I can look at any advice given as care for my child and their well being.
