Get outside. This doesn’t just have to be a summer challenge, the winter air will be so refreshing for you. A Scandinavian saying goes, “There’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothes.”

Create

Draw, write, doodle, knit, crotchet, something. And it doesn’t have to be 30 days of knitting, but just 30 days of creating, pick something different each day.
